The purpose of this study is to carry out a diagnosis of the organizational climate of the company Puertas y Ventanas Herméticas Perú with the objective of knowing the perception that workers have in each of the factors raised in the organizational climate and proposing an alternative solution. in the factor with the most unfavorable result in order to promote an adequate organizational climate for workers. The research is descriptive, non-experimental with a quantitative approach and a survey was used as a technique for data collection, based on the questionnaire prepared by Dr. Sonia Palma, CL-SPC Opinion Scale using the Likert frequency, with the in order to determine the situation in which the company finds itself. The tool was made up of a survey of 50 questions that were distributed in 5 factors: self-realization, work involvement, supervision, communication and working conditions, and was developed in person to 21 collaborators. The results of this research were that the organizational climate has a medium level. However, the factors that had an unfavorable result were self-actualization, work involvement and communication. Therefore, it is important that the company takes improvement actions to correct the situation in which it finds itself. Finally, an alternative solution was proposed in the involvement factor, with the purpose of making a starting point for continuous improvement and with the purpose of having an optimal organizational climate for the well-being of collaborators.
