In this Thesis, the structural study and design of a 7-story reinforced concrete multifamily structure in the district of San Miguel, province of Lima, Peru was carried out. The structure is a seven-story building with two basements and five upper levels for condominiums. The initial architectural design was used as a starting point to achieve harmony between the structural and architectural components, ensuring compliance with the design criteria according to current regulations. The pre-dimensioning, design, and structuring of the structural elements that comprise the building will be carried out in compliance with the National Building Regulations (RNE). After determining the structure, ETABS software was used to generate a computerized structural model. The results acquired in line with the seismic-resistant standard E.0.30 were used to generate the design, calculation memory, and drawings of the building's structural elements. The structural design of the structural elements: column, beam, plate, lightened slab, solid slab, and the compliance with the reinforced concrete design standard E.0.60 will be checked. Finally, the structural designs (drawings) of the multifamily structure under study will be created.
