Peru has natural gas to satisfy the homes and vehicles of twice the Peruvian population over the next 20 years. Camisea produces 1,600 million cubic feet per day, of which 600 million cubic feet are sold within the country and 400 million cubic feet are reinjected into the reservoir. Likewise, Peru can supply the southern gas pipeline self-sufficiently without buying gas from Bolivia, which has difficulties meeting its obligations to Argentina and Brazil. However, the country needs to implement the necessary infrastructure to provide natural gas to more Peruvian homes. In this way, a greater number of contracts can be obtained through FISE, which would greatly benefit the number of bidders to satisfy the demand and applications, through the Bonogas program. For this work, a search for information has been carried out on the problems of the company G H R MOTOR'S S.A.C linked to the increase in the supply of natural gas suppliers in Peru, which access a tender through the FISE program. In this way, alternative solutions have been reviewed, such as market expansion, strategic alliances, and the expansion of the business line until the correct alternative is chosen with its corresponding source until conclusions are reached.
