The present work consists of developing a predictive model that will use supervised learning of machine learning to predict the opportune moment to carry out the maintenance of computers or laptops in the company Bafing S.A. The Bafing company is dedicated to offering highly specialized software, hardware and service solutions in: computer security, electronic security and communications. Bafing's clients are companies from various sectors such as Banking, Mining, Health, Industry and Government. The maintenance of your equipment is very important for the company, but corrective maintenance is currently given to computers and laptops, but it is insufficient and generates expenses for the company. Computers are affected in several ways: it is vulnerable if the operating system is not updated due to exploiting vulnerabilities, wear of electronic components, sudden power cuts causing breakdowns, fortuitous accidents such as equipment crashes, lack of internal cleanliness of computers among others. By not having the necessary information to carry out the maintenance of the equipment before having inconveniences such as overheating, slowness, wear of the components among others, the company requires a system that performs this function to help technical support and keep them out of the company equipment. The idea of implementing a preventive maintenance system using the Naive Bayes algorithm was proposed. This system would utilize the primary equipment lifespan factors to determine the optimal timing for carrying out preventive maintenance with the aim of preventing potential issues
