This proposal aims to reduce the evaluation time of applications for nomination of fishing vessels, through the implementation of a web system for the registration of applications. In this sense, an analysis of the causes of the problematic situation was carried out, determining that the low investment in technology and the poor management of personnel generated a delay in the attention of nomination requests submitted by owners of fishing vessels. Chapter 2 develops the concept of enterprise architecture and how this is important to identify the existing processes within an organization, and the way in which this architecture helps business and technology work together. Likewise, a scope is provided regarding the various frameworks and good practices used in the developed project. Chapter 3 shows the development of the project from the point of view of the business, application and technological architecture and the way in which these interact to provide service to users. Likewise, through the use of C4 modeling, a description is given regarding the architecture of the software and its internal functioning, in addition, a scope is given on the final design of the software that was made available to fishing owners. Finally, in chapter 4, it is explained how the project managed to reduce the delay time in responding to nomination requests by 90% in favor of fishing shipowners.
