The Oncology Center is the institution that cares for patients from all over the country with a diagnosis of Cancer, with indeterminate waiting lines in its different areas for care. Thus, it has been identified that there is a specific area in which this waiting time exceeds that of others; Well, this area is called Sampling. In this sense, the oncological institution focuses on this problem to reduce the waiting time for care to 80% of the current time in the Sample Collection process. To this end, a model was analyzed through queuing theories that allows them to achieve the objective and at the same time helps them develop a web platform that controls the entry of unscheduled patients, automates manual processes and orders both appointments and patients. cited in order to comply with the quality standards that the area has. Finally, it is concluded that the project was implemented taking into account the functional and non-functional requirements, which were approved by a software architect. In this way, we sought to generate a great contribution of value for this type of Centers with Cancer specialties where they care for patients in a critical state typical of the disease.
