The sufficiency work focuses on the banking sector, a critical environment for the economy, which is facing a substantial problem. The problem detected was the slow processing of electronic factoring requests, which harms efficiency and customer satisfaction. This challenge originated from outdated architecture and synchronous flows, which limits the banking sector's ability to quickly adapt to market needs. To address the problem, an exhaustive analysis was carried out. The analysis focuses on the implementation of asynchronous flows and cloud architecture that streamlined the factoring request process. These changes were a strategic solution to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction in the banking sector. Validation of the effectiveness of this solution was carried out through surveys of experts in the field, who evaluated the impact and effectiveness of the changes made. In short, the sufficiency work was immersed in the scope of the banking sector, where it was faced with the challenge of improving the speed of processing electronic factoring requests. This was achieved through the implementation of cloud architecture and asynchronous flows. The validation of the project was based on expert opinion through surveys, which will provide a critical evaluation of the results and benefits of the solution.
