The banking company, which operates in Peru and other countries, faces challenges in the quality testing process, which delays the delivery of products and services. To address this, a test automation solution was proposed with the overall objective of reducing execution times by 50%. Obstacles, such as frequent changes in requirements and lack of a suitable environment, were identified as causing difficulties in test quality. Stakeholders included development teams, quality, customers and executives. Surveys and interviews were conducted to collect qualitative data. The company seeks to provide a wide variety of financial products and services to diverse groups, organized in three areas: Business, Corporate and Support. Its primary focus is to automate functional and regression testing to streamline the delivery of high quality products and services. The proposed solution is based on a logical and physical architecture. The logical architecture involves the use of tools such as Selenium, test suites and automated testing in a continuous integration environment. The physical architecture addresses the hardware infrastructure and test environments, ensuring reliability and efficiency. The project was validated with the opinion of IT experts, using Cronbach's alpha coefficient, which indicated consistency in the evaluations. Most of the questions received high scores, supporting the feasibility of test certification automation.
