The objective of the research is to design a Strategic Improvement Plan for the General Distribution Center and Improvement in the Quality of Care of the Judicial User, it was obtained through access to public information, as well as based on reliable sources, in turn it is resolved. the problem regarding the waiting time for users' attention in recent months, since it presents an increase in waiting time and in addition to improving the service. In general, it can be said that user satisfaction with waiting time is related to the user's perception of the justification of the waiting time and the quality of the service provided. For example, if the user perceives that the waiting time is justified and that the staff is doing everything possible to provide efficient service, they are more likely to be satisfied with the care received. On the other hand, if the waiting time is unjustified or if the service is of low quality, the user is more likely to be dissatisfied. Therefore, in this case the alternative of reducing these waiting times was chosen to have the user more satisfied with the service provided to them. Likewise, the Superior Court of Justice of Lima must carry out the alternative solution that allows obtaining efficient results.
