In a highly dynamic and technologically advanced financial environment, the adoption of cloud architectures has become a fundamental practice to guarantee the agility and scalability of digital applications. In this context, our work aims to optimize resource consumption and improve infrastructure performance in applications by implementing a comprehensive observability tool. It focuses on collecting all the information and displaying it centrally. In this way it allows us to monitor, analyze and make decisions to optimize the performance of cloud applications developed by the company. Through the collection and analysis of key metrics, logs and traces, we seek to identify bottlenecks, predict possible problems such as saturation, high demand, queuing, lack of processing and others, to finally improve operational efficiency. Likewise, alert conditions will be programmed that will automatically execute actions in critical situations of high demand. This implementation allows us to have information in real time and this observability tool did not only help to optimize infrastructure management, but, consequently, it also improved the end user experience by guaranteeing a high level of availability, application performance and security.
