The Peruvian University of Applied Sciences (UPC) offers new asynchronous courses with Coursera For Campus content, these courses do not have a teacher who teaches live classes, the classes are on video in the Coursera LMS and are accessed through the Virtual Classroom of the University. The team in charge of this type of courses is Online Learning (AO), which in turn belongs to the Directorate of Digital Learning and Educational Innovation (DADO). The AO team is only made up of 5 people to attend to 28,782 registrations during the 4 cycles of the year (summer, regular 1, winter and regular 2). Queries are answered synchronously by videoconference and asynchronously by email with an SLA of 48 hours, in the latter we want to improve the response time to frequently asked questions with a Chatbot that does not generate maintenance costs each year since it is not counted with budget to hire more people. The Chatbot application will be embedded via HTML in the Virtual Classrooms of the courses run by Online Learning that will later refer to courses from the UPC Global Campus. Also, it is possible to run the Chatbot on students' cell phones through the Telegram instant messaging application.
