This work focuses on the development of a technological solution to automate the renewal contract signing process for teachers in our institution. The need for this automation arises due to the complexity as the institution grows in terms of students and teachers, delays in the manual renewal process, difficulty in tracking contract status, and inefficient use of allocated resources. Our main objective is to design, implement, and validate a technological solution that streamlines this process. To achieve this, we conducted a thorough analysis of existing technological solutions and designed a platform that will allow teachers to complete the signing process autonomously, efficiently, and securely. This project addresses critical challenges such as signature validation, user notification and tracking, and the generation of key reports. Additionally, it considers critical aspects of data security and privacy to comply with regulations such as the Personal Data Protection Law in Peru. The implementation of this technological solution will not only improve the efficiency of the contract signing process but also free up resources for more strategic tasks and reduce errors. With a focus on automation and resource optimization, this project has the potential to generate a significant positive impact on the management of teacher contracts in the institution.
