This work addresses the training of the inspectors of the Superintendency of Land Transportation of People, Cargo and Goods (SUTRAN), in the face of the errors made in the registration of the control records, which led to them being annulled and invalidated. In this regard, the strategic plans, operational plans and organic regulations of the organization were reviewed, through which relevant information was obtained that allowed the problem to be analyzed, then the current context of the organization was described considering social, political, economic, technological and cultural, which allowed us to understand the organization, so the problem could be described and detailed. Next, a review of the research background was carried out, both nationally and internationally, on academic research related to the problem, which made it possible to identify key concepts for the research. Likewise, the information obtained was contrasted with academic articles from specialized journals of the last 3 years in human resources management, in which the problem is framed, as well as with the information obtained through the interviews carried out with the Head of Human Resources and inspectors of the Deconcentrated Unit of Lima. Subsequently, alternatives aligned with the objectives of the institution were proposed, which through a comparative analysis, the implementation of a training platform for inspectors was chosen as the best alternative. Finally, it was concluded that increasing the capabilities of inspectors by supporting us in a non-traditional way is of utmost importance, which would reduce the number of annulled and invalidated minutes and reactively increase compliance with land traffic regulations, achieving the mission, increase the trust and respect of citizens towards the institution.
