The objective of this professional work is to analyze the problems of a company dedicated to the rental of heavy machinery, called Maquinaria Pesada S.A.C. whose business model is B2B (Business to Business) and the tools used for analysis and diagnosis were: SWOT, EFE, EFI, MADE, MADI and value chain. The development of the tools was through the company information and the interview carried out with the Manager of the Administration and Finance Area. After that, the results of the organization were analyzed and it was concluded that Maquinaría Pesada S.A.C. has the ability to implement corporate development and growth strategies; Based on the results, three strategies have been proposed: The first is to be approved as a supplier to companies in the mining sector, the second is to acquire technology that allows it to improve processes and efficiency in its operations, and finally, implement a sales area specialized in the search for new projects; In order to choose a strategy, a comparative analysis of factors was carried out regarding its viability. Finally, it is concluded that the company must implement a sales area specialized in the search for new potential clients and business opportunities in the public and private sectors.
