The purpose of this research is to propose an improvement in the training process of the employees of an industrial company in Lima. To this end, the case study is divided into three chapters, in the first one, the context in which the organization operates is established; in addition, the problem is presented, indicating the functional area in which the situation is found and its impact on the company. Consequently, the second chapter presents the theoretical framework in which the situation is framed; further on, the background of previous research related to the identified problematic situation is described; similarly, information was systematized that recognizes that the process in the company does not have clear guidelines for its development and there was evidence of shortcomings in the diagnosis of training needs. Likewise, it was detected that neither management indicators are established to evaluate the impact of training nor the benefit it has for the organization. The third chapter focuses on the comparative analysis and justification of the alternative solution; subsequently, the implications of this decision within the organization are discussed in detail. Finally, the implementation of a training process according to Kirkpatrick's model is concluded as a proposed solution. This approach establishes guidelines for the diagnosis of training needs and the evaluation of impact at the level of reaction, learning, behavior and results.
