This Professional Sufficiency Work aims to propose improvements to the sales process in the area of professional extension through the website of the Educational Institution in the years 2022-2023. To do this, the impact that the website has on the marketing of professional extension courses will be investigated, the sales process of extension courses through the website will be analyzed, possible modifications to the sales process will be analyzed and a proposal will be made. the necessary improvements. For this work, qualitative research methodology has been used with interviews with experts in educational management issues and web page developers linked to educational services. As a result of the investigation, it was identified that there are processes that can be optimized, which will improve the website sales process. One of the chosen alternatives is the implementation of a computer program called chatbot, which will reduce the demand for recurring queries. In conclusion, we can determine that although the sales process on the website fulfills its main function. It can improve with the implementation of changes and automation of operational tasks, in order to provide an excellent service from the first contact with the Educational Institution.
