Process optimization is of paramount importance within any financial institution, as it facilitates increased efficiency, reduced time and costs, and heightened service quality. The primary objective of this research is to address the issues faced by Scania Financial Services Peru and propose viable solutions aimed at enhancing its operational processes. This endeavor is geared toward sustaining the existing customer satisfaction levels and preventing any loss of competitiveness in the market. In order to comprehensively analyze the problem, a comprehensive description of the organization and the critical contextual elements is initially provided. Subsequently, an in-depth description of the problematic situation is offered, subject to evaluation across the various functional domains implicated in the financing process, involving interviews with three heads of the respective areas. In the second part of this work, a thorough examination of prior research findings related to process optimization is conducted, along with an assessment of the issue's relevance. Three potential solution alternatives are then presented and subsequently analyzed and compared in the third section of the study. The chosen solution is the implementation of software within the organization. Lastly, a comprehensive assessment of the chosen alternative's feasibility and viability is carried out to ascertain its alignment with the organization's objectives.
