In Peru, the financial sector shows opportunities for insurance brokers, who are intermediaries between insurance companies and clients. The company Corredores de Seguro Roca Fuerte in the Angamos office, which has been operating for more than 15 years, was investigated to address the lack of motivation of its employees. The challenges are that 43% of Peruvians are willing to buy insurance according to the Peruvian Association Of Insurance Companies (2023). 63% of Peruvians do not know about insurance brokers according to the Superintendencia de Banca y Seguros y AFP (2022) internal communication was identified as an opportunity for improvement. The objective of the project was to strengthen labor commitment and reinforce the culture through the implementation of internal communication in the first 3 months. The methodology had a qualitative approach and through the direct observation method, the frequency and quality of internal communications were measured with the data collection tool through two focus groups before and after the implementation. The results revealed key employee perceptions of organizational culture. The second focus group shows that 91.67% of workers are aware of the organizational culture, achieving the first objective; and an increase of 79.17% in their participation in company recreational activities, achieving the second objective. The importance and contribution of the project served as an input for future research on internal communication and the introduction of innovative strategic planning strategies in the field of organizational communication.
