This work of professional sufficiency is based on the development and effective application of key tools in the management of an organization, in this case a Mype in the health sector. The first PVO tool, highlights its crucial role in the alignment of supply and demand. To this end, a sales plan will be developed that will help the company to improve its purchase planning. This will be followed by EOQ, an essential tool for determining the optimal quantity of products to order, minimizing inventory costs and maintaining an efficient balance in the supply chain. The paper also delves into Lean Visual Management, a methodology that helps to improve work based on the visual aspect through graphics, colors and schemes. Lean Visual Managament generates tangible improvements in operational efficiency and waste reduction. Synergies between these tools are highlighted, emphasizing the need for strategic integration to achieve efficient end-to-end supply chain management. Practical recommendations are proposed for the joint implementation of these tools, focusing on adaptability to changing environments and continuous improvement. In conclusion, this TSP provides a comprehensive and applied view of the fundamental tools in contemporary business management. The proper implementation of Sales and Operations Planning, EOQ and Lean Visual Management will help to improve On time in Full (OTIF) which will be demonstrated in the development of this paper.
