In an environment full of devices and digital analysis on the Internet of Things, an important and applicable aspect is monitoring buildings in a real and precise way, especially in a place like Peru, found in the Pacific circle of fire, with constant probabilities of earthquakes. The possibility of knowing the state of the structure according to sensors that collect data on approaches along the structural elements in a dynamic way and being able to be represented on not only local devices such as monitors or LCD screens, but also in applications is a form of development. increasingly simpler and more permanent in constructions. Thus, this document will carry out the analysis for a multifamily building since the first approach to instrumentation must be focused on the benefit, safety and protection of people in areas of our country that have a tendency to witness an earthquake in their home. The analysis seeks to know the most critical elements or those with the greatest tendency to suffer breaks or cracks for maintenance and repair during the useful life and to verify the model by applying a concept on the location, placement and collection of sensors suitable for instrumentation. It also seeks to create a scheme so that it has an economic and profitable balance within a useful life of 50 years as a default.
