Currently, consumption companies with a B2B business model seek to find more effective ways to offer their product portfolio to intermediate companies that are in charge of selling their products, especially focused on veterinarians, petshops and wineries, in addition to requiring These tools can also be used by your advisors to monitor sales. This is why companies are betting on digital channels to offer a new face to digitalization. In the case of the company in the study, its first platforms were virtual stores but focused on being used only by its sellers and then a group of customers; however, in both, the experience was not totally satisfactory. Their main problems that were found among the platforms' clients were accessibility in browsers on devices other than computers, shortened visualization, and non-personalized experience. This work addressed the requirement by implementing an app that adapts to the needs of intermediate coverage clients to send their orders in minutes in an agile manner, they can monitor the status of their orders and, on the seller's side, they can see the sales of their clients. and follow up with customers who do not place orders in addition to showing product incentives to increase sales; This application was integrated with the HANA ERP that the company manages using web service, allowing the migration of orders from the application to SAP directly. As a result of the work, an increase in customer sales of B2B coverage by 20% was obtained. The application generated autonomy in the customer, allowing the extension of sales hours. On the advisor side, operational tasks that required communication between the advisor and the client to take the order and register it were optimized by 90%.
