The objective of this investigation of this work of professional proficiency is to be able to evaluate the different factors that affect the quality in homes of up to 5 floors whose construction process involves walls of limited ductility, we to carry out the proposal for improvement to the quality plan of the company 2B I y C S.A.C. proposing alternative solutions both in the construction and supervision process for the improvement of subsequent buildings with the same construction system. This research has been focused mainly on evaluating the structural plans of the San Antonio de Mala 2 Stage 5 project, which is 5 stories high, under different criteria and regulations, one of them being the most important the national building regulations of Peru (RNE). The different pathologies and construction defects in this type of construction system were also found out and we analyzed the causes that originated the pathologies to find a solu-tion both for the repairs and also so that these do not happen again, the proposal for repairs was developed. improvement of the quality plan of the company 2B I y C S.A.C. Therefore, our first analysis was the identification of the pathologies that were evident in the current construction of the multifamily building in the Mala district. This type of construction is developed with walls of limited ductility; therefore, they are causing many pathologies as they are 10 cm thick walls. Secondly, the cost of non-quality was analyzed to verify the impact that these works are causing to the direct cost of the project. Thirdly, the expert judgment was carried out with the objective of considering the recom-mendations regarding the issue of quality to improve the quality plan. Finally, the implementation of the improvement of the company's quality plan was carried out. As a relevant conclusion, the multiplicity of processes, procedures, and standards to improve the quality plan are very important since in this way errors in execution can be mit-igated.
