The present work of professional sufficiency focuses on the solution of the problem of the manual processes of registration, collection and subsequent issuance of receipts of a company dedicated to the parking service, which negatively impacts the response times in the service. of customers, which results in the loss of customers who prefer to use the competition's service. The main objective is the implementation of a system that automates these processes, for which this work describes the analysis and design process of the system, which used the RUP framework. This served as the basis for the construction of the collection management system and control of vehicle entries and exits using a Web application, a local application and the use of an API for the issuance of electronic receipts. Furthermore, to ensure the quality of the software product, quality metrics adjusted to the ISO/IEC 25023 standard were applied. This implementation resulted in an improvement in service times of more than 62%, which was higher than the 50% estimated at the beginning of the project, implementing 26 functionalities of the 27 specified, achieving an approximate percentage rate of 96.3% of operational functionalities. of the most important use cases of the system, meeting the proposed goal.
