The road infrastructure network is a fundamental part of the population because it covers daily transportation needs. However; In recent years, pavements have suffered deterioration, rutting, cracking, and potholes, causing dissatisfaction among the population with respect to driving comfort and road safety. For this reason, this research proposes a pavement management system (SGP) through the use of TotalPave that allows analyzing the deterioration of the pavement through the roughness index (IRI) and pavement condition index (PCI). In this way, it is intended that public entities have a mapping of the streets that need maintenance and rehabilitation through the use of technological alternatives of automated systems. Therefore, the conditions and characteristics of the pavement in the study area were identified, then the TotalPave was used, obtaining an IRI of 8.16, meaning that the pavement is in “very bad” condition, while the PCI obtained of 43 indicates that the condition of the pavement is “fair.” According to the traditional method, a PCI of 42 was obtained, demonstrating that both results are valid. In this way, it was determined that the systematized tools are efficient with respect to obtaining time. The correlation coefficient obtained between the IRI and PCI is R2= 0.6871, indicating that they are associated and maintain a reliable fit. Finally, using the expert judgment tool, it is concluded that 52.4% consider the use of TotalPave as SGP viable.
