Powerlines are responsible for transporting the electricity supply through conductors (cable) supported by towers that are susceptible to disturbances of the environment that violate their structural stability and may cause displacements or deformations greater than the expected limits, which makes periodic inspections mandatory for the correct monitoring of the structures. There are conventional methods for the recording of displacements in the components of the structure using total station. However, these methods are deficient offering inconsistent results that hinder the management of corrective actions. Faced with this problem, the present research aims to improve the calculation of deviations by developing a methodology that allows access to the results using information extracted from the digital model of the towers generated by aerial photogrammetry. For this purpose, photogrammetric flights have been carried out in lattice towers located on the Peruvian coast, being contrasted with information from assembly plans and topographic data recorded using industrial topometric methods. The analysis of results shows that the degree of sensitivity of the proposed method is ± 4 cm in spatial coordinates, being valuable information for structures greater than 30 meters in height. On the other hand, the proposed method offers optimization of resources in terms of time and cost in addition to mitigating risks associated with the activity due to the nature of these structures and their often inaccessible location.
