This work was carried out with the intention of providing useful and detailed information about the optimization of resources and time with BIM modeling. BIM modeling tools allow you to adequately develop, plan, and produce the execution of a project. That is, these tools make it easier to develop activities continuously, since, through modeling, errors and incompatibilities can be detected, daily activities better planned, and resources optimized through measurements made in the project modeling. It is important to mention that BIM modeling allows all the specialties involved to work individually, however, they always connect to a central model that contains all the information related to the execution of the project which can be developed in software. This allows BIM specialists to quickly detect and identify incompatibilities and errors, facilitating time, and decision-making and reducing costs. On this project, we use Autodesk's REVIT software. Likewise, this work will serve as an incentive and practical guide for future projects to implement BIM modeling and complete the execution satisfactorily.
