In the city of Lima there is a major problem with the indiscriminate use of private motorized transport, which leads to other problems such as traffic congestion, environmental pollution, devaluation of properties in areas of main roads, among others. Due to the implementation of line 2 of Lima's subway, we seek to use this element as a factor to combat this problem by promoting the use of mass public transportation and its accessibility by non-motorized means or public transportation on a smaller scale. Therefore, the TOD regulations in intermediate cities derived from the TOD Standard proposed by the Institute for Transportation and Development (ITDP) are taken into account and a plan will be carried out based on 13 indicators that are part of the Transportation component established in the TOD Standard regulations in intermediate cities. Thus, the master plan will be formulated in order to generate a TOD environment with the necessary accessibility to the demands of the study area, as well as adequate accessibility to the future station 11 of Line 2 of the Lima Metro.
