Over time, it has been shown that the good work performance of employees in a company is essential for achieving the stated objectives. Integrative culture plays a very important role in achieving this objective. This requires the involvement and commitment of each member. This research seeks to demonstrate the impact that the integrative culture has on the work performance of employees in the Banco de Credito Del Peru agency called Tupac Amaru, located in the district of Comas. Firstly, in chapter I, the presentation of the problematic situation of the agency is developed, and the context of the organization is also narrated. The Banco de Credito Del Peru is described with its SAMAY culture and the main elements that influence the problematic situation are detailed and identified. Secondly, in chapter II, the alternative solutions are identified. To do this, the background, theories and existing models are reviewed in order to justify the proposed alternatives. Thirdly, the choice of the best alternative that is aligned with the objectives of the Banco de Crédito Del Perú is discussed and its viability and feasibility is verified. Finally, the conclusions are detailed and recommendations for future research are provided.
