The Research work presented a case study on the work environment and its relationship with employee turnover in the warehouse area of Signia Soluciones Logistica S.A.C. The diagnosis identified a high turnover rate in the warehouse area, with an index of 40.27% at the end of 2022, which had led to additional costs and demotivation of employees. A qualitative correlational methodology was used, non-experimental design, with a cross-sectional approach. The work climate survey had shown a satisfaction level of 65% in the warehouse area, indicating room for improvement. Three alternatives were proposed to address this problem: improving the work environment, improving and evaluating employee performance, and motivating employees. The alternative of improving the work climate had been highlighted as the most viable, aligned with the organizational objectives of retaining and attracting talent and creating a positive work environment. In conclusion, high staff turnover at Signia Soluciones Logísticas S.A.C. had been a problem that had affected the organization in the past. The implementation of strategies focused on motivation and organizational justice, especially the improvement of the work environment, had been presented as the most viable option and aligned with the company's objectives. This had been able to generate a positive change in the work environment, reduce costs and benefit both the organization and its employees.
