The development of this case study was presented as a contribution to MYPES in Peru, in order to optimize productivity through the review of job profiles that will allow collaborators the possibility of understanding tasks in a clear, specific and precise manner in line with the company's objectives related to the problem. This also allows the orderly growth of an organization to be efficiently managed. This makes sense given that small and medium-sized businesses represent 21% of the country's GDP and 99% of its formal workforce. Therefore, we propose to present implementation proposals from three perspectives. The first step is to consider and organize the functions that each position must perform. Second, task tracking and compliance metrics are configured. Third, create a semi-annual performance evaluation plan. Therefore, through the discussion of various authors who contribute to the topic of adequate growth management in MYPEs. Finally, the study highlights the need for MYPES to develop growth plans and contingency plans to maintain order in the process.
