The proposed project aims to establish an efficient system to monitor, in real time, the temperature and humidity conditions in the environment of the server or data center of La Molina in the Wow Tel company. The main objective is to ensure adequate environmental conditions of humidity and temperature in the server, which will solve problems of overheating of network equipment, mainly OLT, since without proper control would generate a malfunction of these and therefore network service problems in general. Therefore, a monitoring solution will be proposed using the Zabbix platform to collect, store and analyze temperature and relative humidity data, which will be operated by the NOC area. For this, an algorithm was developed in Python language for data acquisition through the DHT 22 sensors connected to the Raspberry Pi board and the Zabbix Agent was integrated to allow the transmission of the collected data to the Zabbixx server, which will have its web platform in which the configurations were made to achieve the communication between the agent and the server, and thus be able to visualize the data graphically allowing its monitoring.
