The present study develops the geometric design of sewers considering the climatic conditions in a historical scenario and in the future to the year 2050. The study area is proposed in some sections of the PE-06A highway in the regions that cover the departments of Lambayeque and Cajamarca. The scope of the research work is to analyze the calculations of future rainfall and flows in order to carry out a correct design of road sewerage for an area less than 5 km2, which are based on the O.S. technical standard. 060 and in turn in the Hydrology, Hydraulics and Drainage manual of the MTC (Ministry of Transport and Communications). The rainfall data will be obtained from the IDF curves for 2 climate scenarios: historical record and the median of scenarios of maximum intensities projected per year to 2050. These records will be obtained from the portal of the National Meteorology and Hydrology Service (SENAMHI). The most important conclusion of the design, so that an increase in the diameter of the pipes can be seen in both microbasins. In microbasin 1 with historical record, a diameter of 0.45 m is obtained and with record projected to 2050, 0.61 m. On the other hand, microbasin 2 originally has a diameter of 0.61 m and with the projection to 2050, 0.76 m. This growth trend is also seen in the increase in the length of the diffuser in each case. However, the length of the sewer remains constant at 6,935 m since it is related to the geometry of the road. Keywords: sewerage; hydrological basin; hydrology; design; climate change.
