This study is primarily focused on addressing the problem of a company in the industrial sector, which is caused by the high turnover of personnel in Production Management. This personnel turnover is generated by the number of voluntary terminations for different reasons, affecting the production and human resources areas. However, the main reason for this job separation is due to better working conditions. This is directly related to the lack of motivation to continue working in the company since it does not meet the employee's expectations. This problem causes the company to currently incur additional recruiting costs, that are not contemplated. Therefore, it is important that employees feel satisfied with their jobs and working conditions. To achieve this, it is relevant that the organization focuses its efforts on maintaining staff, through motivation in all its forms. To seek a solution to the problem of this company, six motivational theories have been proposed. The theory of job enrichment is the one that has shown the best adjustment to the reality of the company, due to its low execution cost, number of areas involved, and short implementation time.
