This document shows an exhaustive analysis of the Hotel San Francisco de Paula, located in the city of Ayacucho, Peru. The research is developed through the case study methodology, which has as its main objective to determine a problematic situation and propose a possible solution. Throughout the development of this presentation, you will be able to learn and understand the consequences of the pandemic caused by Covid-19, which directly influences the economic situation of the hotel and the low demand from tourists and/or guests. After an internal and external analysis of the company and the hotel sector, information was obtained about the capabilities, successes and failures of the hotel in question. For this reason, it has been possible to evaluate the ability to improve the level of income and profitability, which is the main problem in search of a solution. Additionally, through a comprehensive marketing plan that includes product, price, place and promotion strategies, we seek to meet the objectives of increasing web traffic and the number of reservations in low seasons. Finally, the focus on customer experience and differentiation in the market is raised as a key point for the long-term success of the Hotel San Francisco de Paula.
