If a company carries out an adequate follow-up of the projects it is executing, in aspects such as: time and cost, it causes the information to be clear, achieving a good control, planning and execution of works. In the research carried out at AB Technology, it has been identified that one of its main problems is related to its deficient project management in the civil works sector, specifically in its valuation management, which subsequently has a negative impact on the organization's liquidity. Based on this, several solution methodologies were proposed and explained throughout the project. The tool to be applied is that of earned value, since it provides a real-time view of project execution, taking into account costs and delivery schedules. It is recommended that this alternative should be applied by the company under study, since it is the most feasible and does not require a large investment of resources. It also allows for efficient control of the execution costs, allowing for better planning during the development of the project.
