The objective of this study was to investigate and apply Lean tools such as TPM, 5S, and Poka Yoke to reduce delivery delays in a manufacturing company located in Lima city. The method used was a qualitative approach, conducting interviews, observations, and process analysis in the production and marketing line. Critical areas were identified, and the corresponding Lean tools were proposed. As a result of implementing TPM, there was an enhancement in machine performance and availability and a reduction in unplanned stoppages. Through the 5S methodology, it allowed organizing the workspace, leading to smoother operations and a decrease in downtime. Lastly, the Poka Yoke proposal aimed to prevent mistakes in the packaging phase, ensuring that orders were complete and correct. In conclusion, we affirm that the integration of TPM, 5S, and Poka Yoke will be effective in significantly reducing delivery delays. When these Lean tools are applied jointly and strategically, they have the potential to optimize productive processes, ensuring greater customer satisfaction and an improvement in the company's competitiveness. It is recommended to implement them in other sectors of the company to continue with continuous improvement. Everything discussed is duly supported by high-impact scientific publications, demonstrating the total feasibility of using these methodologies as a success story.
