The objective of this case study is to analyze the problematic reality that the heavy transport company Colme faces regarding the continuous external rotation that occurs among drivers. Based on a rigorous diagnosis, in which the same internal reality of the company was taken into account through interviews, review of theoretical models and antecedents, the causes were identified: dissatisfaction with salary remuneration, inflexible working hours without enjoying a day off. limited company benefits and few career opportunities. The next stage of the work consisted in the analysis of the most suitable proposal that would encourage the reduction of external rotation of drivers and allow the achievement of the company's objective; to do this, the advantages and disadvantages of the implementation of alternative solutions are taken into account. Finally, the alternative of implementing a development plan, integration activities and benefits for drivers is the most viable and feasible, since it will allow a better communication between employees and bosses, will promote a pleasant working environment in the organization and they will have the opportunity to make racing line. Together, these measures will strengthen the bond and commitment between drivers and the company, ensuring their long-term retention in the organization.
