The digital revolution has transformed the way we communicate and consume information, setting challenges to organizations, who must adapt to consumer demands and seek competitive advantages to thrive in a changing environment. This last challenge is present in organizations, specifically in the optical sector in which Optica Talavera is located and whose environment is competitive. In that sense, loyalty strategies must be created to retain their customers. Therefore, in this study, omnichannel is proposed as a strategy to increase repurchase rate by 20% through contact channels in 2024. The study was based on a descriptive analysis in which variables such as organizational context, problematic characteristics of the personal buyer and proposal alternatives were considered so that it could increase the repurchase rate of Optica Talavera. In the same way, the study had a qualitative approach and a general case study strategy. The data collection process was divided into 2 phases. In the first phase, information about the company was collected from interviews with company direct staff and from organizational documents. In the second phase, through a focus group with eight company clients, information was collected to prepare buyer profiles. Finally, the information was processed, and the two alternative proposals were designed to achieve the objective of the present study.
