The main purpose of this work is to apply the maturity method using sensors during construction, with the aim of optimizing both the time and the cost associated with the formwork process, while ensuring the compliance with rigorous quality standards in the poured elements on the construction site. The research methodology focuses on collecting data from the “Las Palmas 2“ project, conducted by the company BESCO SAC, providing essential data for this study. Additionally, 17 samples of test specimens were taken at specific time intervals (1, 3, 7, 14, and 28 days) with the goal of calibrating the sensor, ensuring precise and reliable measurements. Real-time monitoring and analysis of the data collected through sensors were implemented, allowing continuous supervision to support informed and efficient decision-making during the formwork process. Ultimately, a detailed comparison and comprehensive analysis of the costs and benefits associated with the implementation of the maturity method with sensors, in contrast to the traditional method based on test specimens, were carried out, evaluating both profitability and effectiveness of each approach. The results obtained through the application of this maturity method with sensors have shown an improvement in the construction project management, reducing costs, shortening formwork times, and ensuring the quality of the poured elements on the construction site, significantly contributing to efficiency and profitability in the construction industry.
