This work is developed in the area of construction management, specifically, in the management of stakeholders' planning and Last Planner System and its purpose is to reduce the main errors in planning. Twenty-one professionals in the construction of real estate projects in the city of Lima were selected and a survey was applied to them to select constraint management as one of the activities with the highest incidence in planning. An informative analysis of the progress of the digitization of the activities of the Last planner system and the feasibility of the same, as well as the tools used for its development, was continued. Then, a digital model of constraint management was developed in which a digital agenda, a matrix of responsibilities, a format of constraint management and its graphs are presented. In addition, the digital tool Obeya is involved in order to allow the digitalization model to have a greater projection with respect to the effectiveness of the meetings. The digitization model is proposed by means of a flow chart, which is presented for validation by means of a Focus Group lasting 2 hours, in which 4 civil engineers with expertise in real estate project management were selected. They were provided with information about the model through a presentation and then asked specific questions related to the model and their experience in planning. The results show that the digitization of constraint management using the Obeya tool allows an improvement in planning and would be a valid resource in the management of construction projects. Finally, it is concluded that the application of the methodology is feasible and applicable to various areas of construction project management in the city of Lima.
