Multifamily buildings are currently growing and with them the services that make their realization possible. This is how the conventional seismic analysis takes care of it with a stationary efficiency little evolved. This leads to the laborious and monotonous way of processing data in seismic analysis. And much is due to the absence of mechanisms that know how to automate procedures in this sector. This is how ChatGPT is presented as a structural virtual assistant that will support the automation of processes in the seismic analysis of a multifamily building. This innovative tool using artificial intelligence will allow us to simplify resources and deliver a quality service for the peace of mind of those involved. So, after gathering information, analyzing the current situation, and designing our proposed solution. An expert judgment was carried out through a survey that seeks to debelate the root of the problems and their possible consequences. In order to shape our technology from various justified perspectives. Finally, the most important conclusion was that there is an unsatisfied market that is in search of alternatives capable of maximizing resources through the automation of processes in structural analysis and calculation. Thus, the structural engineer as the professional and ChatGPT as the structural virtual assistant.
