The present investigation consists of carrying out an analysis of seasonal variation of flows considering infiltration and evaporation simultaneously in the main channel Puerto El Cura with a length of 3km located in the department of Tumbes. Therefore, the geometry of the hydraulic channel is calculated using the minimum infiltration criterion, since these are the input data to the Hcanales program to determine the loss due to infiltration according to the type of lining material present in the hydraulic channel. , presenting as a result the data of lost Q and final Q according to the type of coating that the channel presents On the other hand, to calculate evaporation in the Puerto El Cura hydraulic canal, the daily temperatures of the year 2022 must be used as a database to estimate the evaporation that the canal presents in its 365 days of the year using the Penman formula. Finally, a comparative analysis of the flow variation presented by the hydraulic flow as a result of the infiltration and evaporation presented along the section of the canal and according to the type of canal lining is estimated.
