The pharmaceutical sector in Peru is made up of approximately 11,400,000 pharmacies throughout the country, of which 45% belong to pharmacy chains and 55% to mypes pharmacies. Currently, competition in this sector is too competitive. So how would mypes companies improve their profits to be profitable and survive in the market? This research focuses on proposing a management model for better management of inventories in mypes pharmacy warehouses, with the aim of reducing overstock and stockouts of medicines, as well as improving the order and cleanliness of the merchandise. This seeks to increase the company's profits through the use of very low-cost tools that can be applied to mypes businesses. In this work, techniques applicable to mypes pharmaceutical environments will be applied with a high level of effectiveness and contribution to the problem. The company under analysis is the Cledifarma pharmacy chain, which has flaws in its storage and sales management, in addition to poor order and cleanliness. The FIFO method, ABC classification and the 5S distribution are applied.
