Over the years, organizations have been economically affected by employee turnover, due to various causes and factors related to basic human needs that change with each generation. Among the most relevant causes are the work environment, job offers, professional growth, salary improvement and economic stability; in addition, with technological advances, many companies prefer to invest in technology, leaving aside the most important resource of organizations, which is human capital. This paper shows how staff turnover impacts the sales of a promoter services company in the last 3 years, through a qualitative approach by means of interviews, also affecting the fulfillment of the final client's goals. Staff turnover is mostly due to the resignation of the employee who chooses to change jobs in search of better economic and labor benefits. It is concluded that the high personnel turnover significantly affects the organization's sales because the promoter positions at the clients' points of sale are not filled, and therefore 100% of the contracted service is not billed.
