Our present research entitled: Proposal for Optimizing Added Value in AMBIPAR Tenders in the Mining Sector, aims to propose a value proposal that is aligned with the needs of clients and is attractive during the evaluation of bidding processes in the sector miner. To address this problem, a qualitative research methodology was used that covers exploratory, documentary, descriptive and transversal aspects. These approaches provided us with the tools necessary to find effective solutions in our organization. Interviews were the central instrument of our research. We interviewed four executives from the company Ambipar, whose responses provided valuable ideas to address the problem. Through this contribution, we evaluate various alternatives for optimizing added value in tenders. Finally, of the three proposed alternatives, we selected one that stood out for its feasibility and viability in terms of time and resources required by the company. This choice will allow us to propose improvements efficiently and with an economic investment according to the company's capabilities. Our objective is to propose improvements in the competitiveness and effectiveness of AMBIPAR in the mining market, providing clients with more attractive proposals aligned with their needs.
