In the study field of Business Administration, this Professional Sufficiency Work (TSP) is developed, which analyzes the operating procedure of the inventories of the company Truck Automotive Solutions SAC. The objective of this research document is to propose an optimal inventory management methodology from the evaluation and analysis of a real problem that the company is going through. The structure of the document is made up of three chapters. The first chapter is a presentation of the problematic situation of the company, which allows us to analyze in depth the relevant information and data that support the existence of the problem. The second chapter contains the identification of alternatives for the problematic situation, the study and analysis of existing methods that support and propose an alternative solution. The last chapter establishes and justifies the optimal methodology for the company, for this several aspects are considered that are taken into account for its choice. In addition, a projection of the economic impact of the option on the company's results will be seen. The study methodology is qualitative. For the analysis of the case, in-depth interviews were carried out with those responsible for the company to identify the problem. Finally, the information obtained and analyzed allows us to conclude that the optimal management method that should be implemented by the company is ABC. Well, this allows a reduction in operating costs, as well as an improvement in the company's productivity.
