In the field of Human Resources, this Professional Sufficiency Work (PSW) deals with Teleworking, the benefits and problems that arise because of its daily use. For the development, the object of study is a public entity currently dedicated to road transportation. In addition, it seeks to analyze the low productivity and work performance of the servers causing dissatisfaction in the entity's environment. This work has a structure defined in three chapters, starting with the presentation of the problematic situation within Provias Descentralizado. Then, in the second chapter, both the theoretical framework and the presentation of the background and justification of the topic in question are developed. Finally, the last chapter shows the analysis of possible solutions, such as the reorganization of work schedules based on productivity but not on the accuracy of the time range, and improving control mechanisms and unexpected visits to measure the desired productivity. This work is a case study and for its respective development, information has been collected through interviews and surveys. This seeks to solve external and internal problems that affect the work of the servers, such as the fluidity of the Internet service, and the use of inefficient and poorly updated information systems. Finally, Teleworking presents an approach aimed purely at attendance control when it should have a more significant focus on work productivity.
