The main objective of this study is to analyze and solve the problems of stress and work productivity of the employees of the Alvcom company, to propose feasible and effective solutions to improve the quality of work and personal life. Currently, the well-being of employees has become a key factor for the sustainable success of any organization, as well as greater responsibility for them; Therefore, the company recognizes the direct impact that it can affect work productivity and physical and mental health. Likewise, stress is part of the daily life of employees in an organization and it is no secret that it can have a level of impact on their work performance. This being the case, it is the organization that must seek to develop strategies in the face of this situation. Alvcom presents a great demand for services for the financial market; Therefore, each sales staff is assigned a general goal, but the deadlines to obtain these favorable results are short and they are under constant pressure to meet them; Therefore, this situation causes them personal stress and poor performance of their duties.
