In the present professional sufficiency work, information provided by a furniture company was gathered and analyzed. Several inefficiencies and critical factors were identified in internal processes hindering growth in the sector, which allowed us to identify the main problem of the company, and this is the dependence on the outsourcing of online sales. This problem arises from the lack of own digital sales tools, where the company can record the information of each product in detail and employ sales strategies. For this reason, different analysis were done, including: analysis of the macroenvironment to determine the opportunities and threats of the furniture sector; analysis of the microenvironment to know the strengths and weaknesses, and finally, an internal evaluation of the company's value chain. Considering the mentioned data, improvements were proposed in the processes that allow the positioning of the brand and independence in online sales. In addition, strategies for portfolio diversification, pricing, distribution, and advertising were formulated. Finally, an implementation and control of the furniture company was carried out, where a sales projection was proposed, and a contingency plan was determined.
