Foreign trade has taken on an important role for companies, since it allows them to import or export goods and services according to the sector represented, achieving its various competitive advantages through internationalization. Exports of the agricultural sector in the first quarter of the year 2023 have not reached the 2.2% projection expected by the BCRP, due to the impact of weather conditions on the production of various products. The company's mandarin exports have reached 1.47% of Peruvian exports, not reaching the expected sales due to lack of production and erroneous negotiations. Due to this, the present work aims to elaborate a proposal to improve the current logistic chain in order to demonstrate whether the diversification of the producing companies and the leasing of agricultural land is optimal for their export process, analyzing the variables of cost, feasibility, impacts and development time. This research work uses a mixed methodology, i.e. both qualitative, through interviews, bibliographic sources and theoretical bases, and quantitative through the investment proposal related to the selected alternative. Finally, it is concluded that the diversification of the producing companies and the leasing of agricultural land is adequate to improve the logistic chain of the company, since it represents a competitive advantage in cost leadership, in the verification of the quality of the harvested fruits to be exported, achieving a better sustainability and profitability for its farmer partners.
